A girl is revealed to be the King's illegitimate child and given command of an army of soldiers known as Dog People to rule the country. In reality, the girl is a socially awkward child with no charisma, who stumbles and falls when guided by a medium-sized dog. She must now lead a large group of aggressive dogs and learn to stand firm in her position, highlighting the challenges she faces in doing so.
