A student new to a boarding school, Sakurashima Minato, mistakenly enters the incorrect building and meets an unusual man in a white coat. The man refers to him as a "martian" and suggests helping him conquer the world. Minato, who is not particularly intelligent, may find himself in serious trouble as a result.
