Vampires who are allergic to RH+ blood exclusively consume RH- blood, which is uncommon in humans. To protect these individuals, vampires established an academy where students with RH- blood are encouraged to form romantic relationships. Saika, an RH- student who has always been mistaken for a boy and endured teasing, wants to become stronger. Aoi, her childhood friend, asks her to live together after a new policy is introduced requiring cohabitation between students. Ichika, a top-tier vampire and student council leader, is obsessed with Saika after tasting her blood following an accident. He believes she is his destined one, but Aoi remains determined to stay close to her as well.
