A 13-year-old girl named Aoba Yuki is passionate about singing and acting, with aspirations of becoming a star. After interrupting a play by jumping onto the stage, she catches the attention of Rumiko Ichige, a producer from an entertainment company. Aoba relocates to Tokyo to attend a performing arts school and begins living in a dormitory. Despite her enthusiasm, she is assigned to the lowest-ranked class, labeled as "C," considered the worst class available.
