Kage Aru Tokoro ni

A pediatric surgeon named Nakamichi is dealing with the emotional aftermath of his lover's severe illness, as the hospital director, Tsutsumi, suffers from a stroke. His personal and professional challenges grow when Tsutsumi's son, also named Tsutsumi, joins the hospital as an intern. The younger Tsutsumi immediately shows hostility toward Nakamichi, and it does not take long for Nakamichi to learn the reason—his relationship with the hospital director is known to the son, leading to immediate tension.
