An elderly woman lived alone with her beloved black cat. After many years, the cat gained the power to transform into a human and vowed to repay her kindness. Unfortunately, she arrived too late to assist her owner. It is said she now roams the Demon Realm, searching for a home. This marks the beginning of Sumire, a nekomata, and her time as a monster maid. The story includes six additional chapters.
