Kaii-bu: M-ken Y-shi no Kaigenshou ni Tsuite
怪異部～M県Y市の怪現象について～
A new student named Sakura Sakuraba arrives in Yuuyamichou and finds the town filled with unusual traditions. The residents have peculiar names and are trapped by a curse that keeps them from leaving until they finish high school. As the situation grows more dangerous, Sakura joins forces with Uzu Andou, leader of the Paranormal Club, to uncover the curse and help the trapped students escape.
