A long-standing agreement between a Shinto priest from Amide and a mermaid is said to have ensured the town's fishing success and wealth. The Yashiro family has maintained this tradition through generations. Recently, the legend has drawn attention from the media and real estate interests, and the current priest has agreed to their requests. Yosuke, the family's youngest member, initially questions whether the mermaid is real, but his certainty is challenged as unusual events start to happen.
