Byouma are ancient medical weapons crafted by sorcerers to kill those infected or those near them, making it appear as a natural illness. These weapons continue to spread and kill even after their creators are gone. Narutaki Soutaro and Izumo Momo are Shadow Doctors who use unconventional methods to fight Byouma. They employ magical anti-Byouma medical tools to perform operations aimed at removing the weapons from their hosts and destroying them. The question remains whether their unique weapons and effective collaboration can eliminate all Byouma from the world.
