In Japan, various criminal groups, including one known as Gamshack, operate with impunity, evading law enforcement. Gamshack consists of supernatural entities referred to as 'Kaijins.' One of its members, Shiropaya, chooses to leave the organization, seeking to abandon a life of villainy in favor of becoming a hero.
