In a near-future world, a device implanted in every person's body has nearly eradicated disease by repairing biological flaws. Some individuals, however, develop unique abilities as their bodies reject the implant, making them targets for the black market. Rogii is one such person, using his enhanced combat skills to oppose those seeking to exploit others like him for criminal purposes. He actively works to dismantle the underground networks that pursue these individuals.
