During her final year of high school, Ryukka Borg joins Yuka Amaryu's class as the first AI cartoonist in the world. Ryukka was developed using data from Yuka's personality when she was an eighth grader involved in an AI experiment. Yuka, who once wanted to become a manga artist but abandoned the dream, keeps her distance from Ryukka, who has achieved success. When Yuka is asked to run for student council, Ryukka offers support in exchange for a condition. Questions remain about Ryukka's reason for transferring to the school and her intentions toward Yuka.
