Kakushi Aji ni wa Sukoshi Amai Shitagokoro

A coffee shop employee named Hirayama Shun is frequently complimented on his appearance by customers, but he is annoyed by the condescending attitude of a regular named Mao Nakadai. One day, he encounters MAO, an attractive streamer, and instantly falls for her. Shun, who is an idol enthusiast, watches her past videos and learns that she is a man who cross-dresses. Though he identifies as heterosexual, he is confused by his feelings for MAO, especially after realizing she shares traits with Nakadai.
