A young person named Lana receives a skill called "Breathing" on their 15th birthday in a nation where all citizens are given a skill by the queen at that age. The assigned ability appears trivial, merely allowing the recipient to breathe. Faced with this, Lana considers abandoning their aspiration to explore dungeons as an adventurer. However, motivated by the need to save their sister, who is in a cursed slumber, Lana resolves to enter the dungeon regardless. They have a year to reach its deepest level, where a cure is believed to be located. Unaware of the true nature of their skill, Lana proceeds with their quest, not realizing that "Breathing" is actually the powerful "God Breathing."
