After the angels lose the war between heaven and hell, demons seize control, and the angels' ruler, God, is captured and sentenced to die. With no other options, the angels turn to the Fruit of God, a rare artifact that grants immense power to any mortal who consumes it. Only twelve fruits remain, and an angel named Chris is assigned to find twelve suitable humans to receive them. However, something goes awry when a normal high school girl, Kamishirosawa Kaya, ends up eating all twelve fruits. As a result, she gains power twelve times that of God and becomes the sole remaining hope for heaven.
