The removal of the sacred spirit Okikurumi from Atsuma's village disrupts the balance of the kamui, causing widespread chaos that endangers Earth. Atsuma, imbued with the spirit of an ancient sword, leaves his home to recover Okikurumi. During his journey, he meets NOA, a group of young individuals who use the power of the kamui, and who might be connected to Okikurumi's disappearance. Sumire, a member of NOA who lacks a soul and seeks a miracle, recruits Atsuma into the group. Together, Atsuma and his new allies must locate Okikurumi before the growing imbalance leads to Earth's destruction.
