A 31-year-old man with the body of a middle schooler, Kenichi Nishikasai, encounters a beautiful woman while using a new onahole. She is a genie, though she is actually a demon punished by the gods she offended. She grants him three wishes before taking his soul. The story follows his attempts to use these wishes to save himself.
