A young man named Yomisaka manages a hardware store specializing in pots and kettles, a business he inherited after the previous owner's death. He also inherited a spell shop, which unexpectedly proves more profitable. One day, a steward brings him to the home of Baron Kagawa, where the baron demands he lift a curse on his son, Chihiro. Yomisaka meets Chihiro, who is currently away from university and staying in a separate part of the estate.
