Kanna experienced mistreatment from others, except for Kousuke, who treated her kindly. Due to her low self-esteem and lack of confidence, she chose to undergo full-body plastic surgery in hopes of changing how people, including Kousuke, perceived her. The story explores whether she will be able to overcome her insecurities as a result of this decision.
