Kanojo no Namida ga Yuki da Toshitara

A young man named Tougo recalls a failed confession that led to a serious accident, and after waking up four years later, he attempts to confess again, uncertain of how much has changed. In another story, Akiyoshi struggles to express his feelings to his childhood friend Mitsu, often saying the wrong things. After Mitsu's sudden death in an accident, Akiyoshi encounters her ghost a year later, and he is the only one who can see her, giving him a final opportunity to express his true emotions.
