A girl named Kaho agrees to be Takumi's girlfriend temporarily, based on a casual conversation. They spend time together daily after school and on weekends, with Kaho experiencing a romantic relationship for the first time. She grows fond of Takumi's sincerity and kindness but feels her affection is unrequited. Kaho struggles to express her feelings, and later overhears Takumi say he is eager for their arrangement to end.
