A Martian named Harrire arrives on Earth to obtain water and is aided by two impoverished children, Chiru-chiru and Michiru, after they find him injured. He gives them golden seeds as a token. Despite his attempts to negotiate for water, he fails. Dr. Marpigie steals Harrire’s spaceship, prompting Chiru-chiru, Michiru, and Detective Higeoyaji to assist Harrire in a confrontation with the antagonist in the mountains.
