Kasei Zombie

A girl named Kanon confesses her feelings to her upperclassman, Akiyama, and they go on a date to watch a movie titled "Kasei Zombie" in Tokyo's Takadanobaba area. During the film, Kanon goes to the restroom, where an earthquake occurs, trapping her. After she manages to get out, she discovers that Takadanobaba has been overrun by zombies and is now sealed off. She encounters a man wearing a blue helmet who uses a bat to fight the zombies.
