Kawaii kara Giri Yuruseru

A 16-year-old who rarely leaves home, Yoruhiko, takes on the responsibility of maintaining his sister Akane's perfect school attendance after she falls into a coma following an accident. To keep her record intact, he decides to attend school in her place, which requires him to impersonate her at an all-girls boarding school.
