Kawaisou ni Ne, Genki-kun

Hirota Genki has a unique and unusual preference that he recognizes as abnormal. Despite deciding to avoid romantic relationships because of it, he finds himself developing strong feelings for his classmate Yachimidori. His intense emotions lead him to create fictional stories where a character resembling her experiences hardship. When Sagisawa, the class idol, stumbles upon these comics, she takes an interest in him and begins to influence events according to her own desires.
