In a version of New York City, a portal to the "Beyond" has introduced monsters and magic into daily life. An organization called Libra works to prevent such occurrences from spreading to other cities. Leonardo Watch is part of this group and possesses the ability known as the "All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods."
