Kemuri to Mitsu

A 12-year-old girl named Himeko Hanatsuka is betrothed to Bunji Tsuchiya, a 30-year-old man. The story unfolds during Japan's Taisho Era, a time marked by the gradual influence of Western modernity. Amid this shifting cultural landscape, the pair, who refer to each other with the honorifics "Bunji-sama" and "Fiancée-dono," gradually grow closer, their bond evolving beyond the significant age difference that initially defines their relationship.
