Narushima Koga, a young man, seeks to join the Kengan matches and has a personal motive for finding Tokita Ohma. After meeting Gaoh Ryuki, who resembles Ohma, Koga begins working under Yamashita Kazuo. Meanwhile, a potential conflict between the Kengan Association and the underground fighting group Purgatory is on the horizon. Koga must find a way to strengthen himself in order to participate in the renowned Kengan battles.
