Kenshuui Nanako

A recent graduate, Nanako Sugisaka begins her residency alongside classmates, all transitioning from students to medical professionals. Despite holding degrees, they lack the experience to be fully effective in a hospital setting. Nanako faces additional challenges as some dismiss her due to her youth, gender, and appearance. She and her peers watch and learn from assigned mentors, gradually gaining confidence and competence through supervised tasks. They strive to improve and become skilled doctors.
