A girl named Izumi suffers from a rare condition that causes her to bleed uncontrollably from her entire body, often turning her classroom bloody without any intention on her part. Her classmates mock her with the nickname "Blood Girl." Beneath her condition lies a hidden power that offers her a surprising means of retaliation.
