Two agents, Eclair and Lumière, are part of the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, referred to as GOTT. They possess unique abilities and are tasked with resolving conflicts between different planetary nations. Their methods vary, sometimes leading to successful outcomes and other times resulting in unintended disasters.
