Tobia and his companions encounter Europa, the second wife of Crux Dogate, a former antagonist from the Crossbone series, who alerts them to a renewed threat from the Jupiter Empire. This occurs soon after the events of Skull Heart. A key element is the F-99 "Recordbreaker," a mobile suit inspired by the Crossbone Gundams. It is notable as the earliest mobile suit to incorporate the "Wings of Light," a feature later popularized by the V2 Gundam.
