Although a temporary truce has been achieved, the Earth Federation's A-Laws continue to enforce order through harsh methods. This fragile peace, however, fails to address the underlying issues that once caused instability. The need for a force capable of driving real change remains evident, and the Double 0 Gundam is positioned as that force.
