During November 0079 of the Universal Century, a Komusai comes under fire while attempting a drop mission to deliver reinforcements to Odessa. Losing control due to the struggle against gravity, it crash-lands in a region of the Far East known as Japan. The crew's interactions with both Zeon and Federation troops reveal an obscured aspect of the One Year War.
