In Universal Century 0093, Char Aznable, known as the "Red Comet" for his role in the One Year War, emerges from seclusion to command the Neo-Zeon Army in conflict with the Earth Federation. His objective is to deploy the Axis asteroid, which threatens to trigger a large-scale disaster on Earth. Amuro Ray, a Gundam pilot and Char's most formidable opponent, is the only one capable of preventing this threat.
