In 2031, most people in Tokyo rely on protective shields due to severe pollution, but Kou, Rika, and Dariru live on the streets because of their genetic resilience to harsh environmental conditions. They are part of an underground rebel group. Kou finds a ring from his scientist father that appears to have unusual abilities. He becomes connected to a girl who seems to have extensive knowledge about him. A separate one-shot story, *Magic Out*, is also included.
