A war in a tropical country led to the deaths of many Korean soldiers. As the conflict ended, most returned home, but some struggled to adjust and formed a community in a building resembling Kowloon Fortress. Among them was Sergeant Kim, a former jungle warfare expert. He once led a violent attack on Captain Seo's home, killing him while his son hid in a closet. Twenty years later, Sergeant Kim now leads the group in Kowloon Fortress, with former soldiers in key roles. The son of Captain Seo, now grown, arrives with a clear objective: to kill those responsible for his father's death, including Sergeant Kim.
