After accompanying his friend Sara home due to her stalker problem, Joe and Sara are attacked and knocked unconscious. Upon waking, they are in an unfamiliar facility with ten other kidnapped individuals. Despite initial distrust, the group supports one another and forms bonds. Joe, committed to protecting Sara, trusts the others and aims to escape. However, they are subjected to a deadly game in which the group must vote to decide who will be eliminated.
