Kana has no experience with romantic relationships and struggles to speak to boys, finding comfort in her favorite manga. Her friends dismiss the stories as unrealistic, prompting her to vow she will find a boyfriend to prove them wrong. When a good-looking new student joins the class, Kana wonders if this is the start of something real. She questions whether her feelings are genuine and if she stands a chance with the popular boy, especially since he appears to know a great deal about her.
