Kimi no Ashiato wa Barairo

Haruka and Takumi accidentally switched bodies after falling down a staircase at a shrine. Over the years, they have tried to find a solution to return to their original forms. As time passes, they grow more conscious of each other, especially in relation to their physical differences.
