A quiet and reserved high school student named Soju Sagara works for a covert organization tasked with looking into violent events involving a weapon called "SOWN." Partnering with Leon, who appears as a young boy but is much older, and the Void Association, they examine various incidents of disorder. Through these investigations, they uncover the personal suffering that drives those who commit such acts.
