Kimi no Gomeifuku nante Inoranai

Shinohara flees after Ono confesses his feelings, unable to respond. Later that day, Ono dies in an accident, leaving her without a chance to reply. Overcome with sorrow, she visits his grave, wishing to see him once more. To her shock, Ono appears, having recently passed away. The story includes an additional chapter.
