Kimi no Nioi

A man named Ito, who works as a hairdresser, rents a shared house in Tokyo and is immediately reminded of the past by a familiar, comforting smell. On the same day, his former close friend, Takehisa Hijiri, also moves in. Ito has loved Hijiri for a long time, but their relationship is complicated due to the nature of their feelings. Every time Ito catches a whiff of Hijiri’s scent, his body reacts, despite his belief that their love cannot be realized.
