Kugayama is involved in an uncertain relationship with his club senpai Ashiya, marked by inconsistency and emotional uncertainty, which becomes more complicated when a former senpai returns for a reunion. Nakano deals with his growing affection for his senpai, who unexpectedly moves in after being evicted. The situation becomes tense when Nakano returns to find his senpai in bed with another girl.
