Kimi wa Haru ni Me wo Samasu

Ito and Chiharu are close friends despite being seven years apart in age, with Ito harboring one-sided feelings for Chiharu. After Chiharu is diagnosed with a terminal illness, he enters a medically induced coma in the hope that a cure will be found during his sleep. Seven years later, Chiharu awakens to find that Ito is now his age and has become his homeroom teacher. A one-shot titled *Daremo Kizukanaide, Ato no Ari Ka* is also included.
