Kimi wa Hontou ni Boku no Tenshi nano ka?

A male protagonist, who has a phobia of women and experiences physical discomfort when near them, decides to support Akira Sezai, an idol he sees as the last honest performer in a field tainted by scandals. Despite his fear, he attends one of her handshake events, where Akira unexpectedly visits his home and asks him to pretend to be her boyfriend. As they begin living together as a couple, Akira reveals a side of herself unseen by the public. Her reason for choosing him is unrelated to romantic feelings. Over time, the protagonist becomes aware of the pressures and inner turmoil Akira faces as an idol. As their dynamic evolves, both confront personal struggles, with Akira seemingly on a path toward self-destruction.
