Kinou no Haru de, Kimi wo Matsu

Kanae, a high school student, left his home island of Sodeshima two years ago to study in Tokyo, but after becoming disillusioned, he returns to the island seeking his childhood friend Akari. Upon arriving, he is suddenly transported four days into the future. He discovers that Akari’s older brother, Akito, who was Kanae’s childhood hero, has died. Akari tells him that he is experiencing a phenomenon called “Rollback,” in which he will relive those four days in reverse. Kanae, having previously explained this to Akari in an event he has not yet lived, now aims to use the knowledge to change the future and save Akito’s life.
