Kirai ni Narimasu, Sayama-kun!

The student council president, Ayukawa Wakana, somehow confesses her feelings to her vice-president, Sayama Iku, only to be turned down. However, Sayama suggests he might "date" her if she can learn to hate him. The story explores why he makes this condition and whether Wakana can manage it. The manga includes three additional chapters.
