Kirai ni wa Narenai

Kosuke Shinohara is confident in his ability to attract girls, though he has never experienced real love. He notices Hajime Okui from the student council persistently pursuing a man who is already in a relationship. Initially, Kosuke feels annoyed, believing Hajime is wasting his efforts.
