His absence becomes central to a series of stories that explore the lives of people connected to him, each offering a distinct perspective on themes of relationships, social boundaries, and shared experiences. The narrative is adapted from the omnibus novel "Kirishima, Bukatsu Yamerutteyo" by Asai Ryou, first published in February 2010.
